And I do feel different. I sense positive change in the air, and I'm motivated by the thought that this year has to be better than the last.
Not that 2010 has been all bad. A couple brutal blows did not overshadow the entire year.
It's been a year of travel, as I've traveled to Miami, Las Vegas, Austin, Portland, Atlanta, and most recently Washington D.C. Outside of the U.S., I made a few failed attempts to travel to Singapore, Australia, and India, but successfully landed a ten day trip to Italy with a friend in September.
It has also been a creative year. I finally started a blog, a YouTube channel, and a new painting. In June, I danced in front of my employees to Jason Derulo and Lady Gaga for a company talent show.
As we all get ready for 2011, below are some highlights of this crazy year.

Best wedding: it's a tie between the Asian wedding at a loft in Florence and the Dutch wedding in an Oregonian flower garden

Favorite out of town guest: three way tie goes to Gabi, Seth, and Sarah C.
Biggest accomplishment: leaving Facebook.com
Best movie: Social Network (ironically)
Best song: Teenage Dream
Best Album: Fantasies by Metric
Best discovery: Sienna, Italy
Favorite magazine: Psychology Today
Best art show: Bansky show in SF
Best career move: from AdWords to YouTube
Best re-read: eat pray love
Biggest rush: performing on stage in front of 1000+ of people
